These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions made on the DKDIGITAL online store. By placing an order, you unreservedly accept these GTC.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the website at the time of consultation by the buyer. Each product is accompanied by a detailed description. Photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot ensure a perfect similarity with the product received.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR) and are subject to change at any time. The applicable price is that displayed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery fees are free. 

4. Order

To place an order, you must select the desired products, add them to your cart, then follow the payment process. The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during the order.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the payment methods available on the site. All transactions are secure. DKDIGITAL does not store any banking data.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped to the addresses indicated when placing the order. Delivery times and costs are specified on the Delivery Information page. DKDIGITAL cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure events.

7. Right of Withdrawal

8. Returns and Refunds

In case of accepted return, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, via the same payment method used during the purchase. Consult our Return Policy for more details.

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with applicable legal provisions.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These GTC are subject to the law applicable in the country of establishment of DKDIGITAL. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
